Agency Membership Policy
At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June of 2013 changes were made to the Agency By-Laws / Constitution in order to bring it up to date. One of the changes was to add a nominal membership fee. One of the key advantages of the fee is to ensure qualification for voting privileges at the Annual General Meeting.
Here is the revised by law for your reference.
Membership
An annual membership may be purchased for a fee of two dollars ($2.00). Annual memberships must be paid in full by April 1st in order to qualify for voting at the Annual General Meeting. Memberships cannot be transferred. A member must be present to vote.
